Integration of step goals, bonus points, and streaks to reinforce habit formation.
Custom syncing processes for devices like YOO 1 (requiring close proximity to the smartphone).

  • Users compete against the Old YOO, a representation of their less active past self, and strive to build a lead for their New YOO, reflecting the active, healthier version of themselves.
  • The dynamic competition tracks progress through daily step goals and challenges while unlocking advanced versions of New YOO characters like Power YOO and Super YOO for achieving milestones.

Integration of Activity Trackers:

  • Supported Motion Echo (ME) for syncing YOO 1 devices and Bluetooth Smart for YOO 2 and YOO C, ensuring a seamless connection for users across devices.
  • Designed specific sync screens tailored to each tracker’s unique requirements, ensuring a frictionless user experience.

Behavioral Motivation through Bonus Points:

  • Rewarding positive behaviors like syncing devices daily, surpassing step goals, and maintaining streaks with bonus points.
  • Gamified notifications to celebrate successes and encourage continued engagement, such as “You GO New YOO!” when users hit their goals.

  • Daily, weekly, and cumulative challenges encouraged users to surpass goals, earn rewards, and unlock advanced characters for a single-day performance boost.
